Due to being expired, you wont be able to fill these at the shop. These are REAL Fire Fighter Oxygen tanks that were used on their backpacks to go inside burning buildings. They are fairly clean similar to the pictures and recently retired but will have scratches, scuffs, burn marks, battle wounds, but is functional and holds 4500 PSI air.
