KAWASAKI ZX-10R CARBON FIBER TANK SLIDERS. MUST HAVE for all RACERS and TRACK RIDERS! Made in EU (European Union). Handmade using top quality 3K Plain Carbon Fiber. Custom formulated Epoxy Resin to provide excellent flexibility. Fully reinforced with carbon-kevlar from the inside for extra strength and protection. Covers the most exposed parts of the tank and also partially covers the under tank panels preventing damage to them. Easy and quick mounting. Set contains LEFT and RIGHT Tank Slider(L/R). Installation instructions are included in the package. We recommend using silicone adhesive which IS included in the package!!! To attach the covers. Alternatively you can use double-sided tape or plastic zip ties for attachment. How do I maintain my product? Your carbon fiber product is durable, but it still needs care and maintenance to stay looking good. More specifically, keep the products clean, minimize exposure to the sun, and wax when necessary. (2012 – 2016) Kawasaki ZX14R. Made with autoclave process for higher strength with lighter weight. Layered with high quality automotive clear coating with UV protection. Hardware or mounting bracket is not included. Parts are less flexible and filing on slot may require. Always use hand tools / lubricant to screw the bolts on to the plastic fastener. Never over torque the fastener on the carbon fiber. If holes on the plastic fastener are too small for the screw, open the holes with a slight larger drill bit. Tools that may need. 84922 Silicon Carbide Grinding Stone bit. Since carbon fiber material is different from ABS plastic, minor modifications may be necessary during installation.
