You will need a fresh air refill, and may need a fresh Hydro test. This tanks Were Used by the US navy In Life Rafts And Have Only Been Cycled A Few Times. Important: please look at the last 5 pictures. We made clear large pictures from the valves on top of the tanks, from each angle, that’s how all the tanks will be like, there is no turning knob and no air pressure meter connected to the valves. SO WE JUST MADE A PICTURE OF 1 BUT ALL OF THEM ARE THE SAME, ALL OF THEM ARE DATED 2003 WITH DIFFERENT MONTHS, AND ALL OF THEM ARE IN GREAT WORKING CONDITION.
